Free Shipping on All UK Orders
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 4-9 days.
International Shipping
We ship to over 200 countries. Delivery is tracked everywhere, and the rate is shown at checkout:
- United Kingdom — free, no minimum spend
- Europe — £5.95, typically 5-10 working days
- United States & Canada — £5.00, typically 4-9 working days
- Rest of the world — £9.95, typically 7-14 working days
A small number of destinations are unavailable because of sanctions or suspended postal services. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email info@rareshines.com and we'll tell you where things stand.
Customs and import charges
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees set by the destination country. These are charged by your local customs authority or carrier on arrival, are the recipient's responsibility, and aren't collected at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Returns
We want you to love your Rare Shines piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
